Est. Baraboo, Wisconsin
Hand-crafted wines, fresh-baked goods, and a curated pantry — all rooted in the spirit of the Wisconsin countryside.
Our Story
Von Klaus Winery began as a family dream rooted in the rolling hills of Sauk County. What started as a small vineyard plot has blossomed into a destination where the art of winemaking harmonizes with the warmth of a neighborhood bakery and market.
Every bottle we produce carries the character of this land — from the cool nights that slow ripening to the rich, loamy soil that gives our fruit its unmistakable depth. Our bakers and artisans bring the same devotion to every sourdough loaf, every artisan cheese, and every carefully sourced pantry staple.

The Pantry
Our pantry is a celebration of local craftsmanship and homemade goodness. Every item on our shelves is chosen with care — whether it's a loaf of sourdough pulled from the oven that morning, a wheel of cheese from a nearby dairy, or a jar of preserves made from our own fruit.
